I’m trying to figure out the best medicine for ocd/anxiety I’m currently taking 20mg of Prozac and have been taking it for awhile but no success. Can anyone tell me what they are taking and how it’s helped them
I’m taking 20 mg to but the doctor upped my dose to 30
I have been having 20 mg for 5 and a half weeks
I was on 40mg for a little while,probably started with less, five weeks ago I began 80mg per day, personally it has not been significantly helpful for me, I don’t believe that psych meds are the solution for OCD. I believe that talking to someone who is highly intelligent on the subject is more effective and beneficial.
I’ve been taking 10mg for a little over a year now but I don’t feel like it’s helping anymore. I tried going to 20mg but I had too any side effects.

Anyone taking medication that is not Abilify or Prozac and if so how many milligrams are you taking how effective was it for your OCD?
I’ve tried both Prozac and Zuloft to help treat my OCD and neither has worked. I was on 80mg of Prozac and now 150mg of Zuloft but have felt little to no difference. Is there a better medication anyone can suggest? Thanks
Anyone on Prozac for ocd and does it help? Or anyone on Lexapro and it helps?
